Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer in Reston, VA to support members in achieving healthier lifestyles.

You will build relationships, provide education, and deliver customized training programs while upholding Life Time standards and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, guiding safe workouts, promoting training services, and documenting client progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including screening and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and remains current on credentials.
