Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Sterling, VA seeks dedicated Personal Trainers to support members in achieving healthier lives. You will develop client programs, instruct sessions, conduct fitness consultations, and assist on the fitness floor to ensure safety and motivation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of personal training experience is preferred.
• Certified personal trainer certification is required.
• CPR and AED certification are required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients on safe and effective use of equipment during sessions.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remain current on certifications and industry trends.
• Deliver superior customer service to ensure client confidence and connection.
