Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Professional Personal Trainer to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives by building relationships and delivering customized fitness programs in a welcoming club setting.

You will assess goals, design safe training plans, and guide clients through workouts while upholding Life Time standards. A PT credential, CPR/AED certification, and at least one year of experience are required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year of personal training experience.
Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification.
Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment.
Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening, Medical History, Lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting to assess and recommend personal training programs.
Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
Documents all aspects of client programming and remains current on credentials and continuing education.
