Job summary

Anytime-Fitness in Louisiana is seeking a Personal Trainer to help members reach fitness goals through personalized sessions, body scans, and a proactive sales approach to grow personal training revenue.

You will deliver trainings for groups of 1–15, monitor technique and safety, and maintain a welcoming gym environment while pursuing ongoing certifications and staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or health-related field preferred, but not required.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred, but not required upon hiring. Certification is required post hiring.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred. Ability to obtain certifications is required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple PC software packages such as MSOffice suite.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales by following a structured process and achieving monthly revenue goals.
• Engage with members and prospects via calls and follow-ups to schedule consultations and promote PT services.
• Gain referrals by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Implement local marketing campaigns and organic social content to boost brand awareness in the community.
