Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow a structured sales process to drive personal training sales and achieve monthly revenue goals.
• Engage with members and prospects to schedule consultations and promote personal training services.
• Conduct body scans, tailor fitness plans, and track member progress.
• Deliver pre-designed workouts for groups of 1–15 members, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment and support maintenance tasks.
• Review club performance reports and stay updated on industry trends.
