Crunch Fitness powered by JEM Wellness Brands, based in California, seeks a Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality sessions and drive client engagement. You will design personalized programs, track progress, and educate members while representing the brand on the gym floor.

The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, with strong earning potential through commissions and incentives tied to client sessions and packages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred in exercise science.
• Nationally accredited personal training certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and an outstanding initial experience for introductory package clients.
• Design safe, effective, and individualized fitness programs based on client goals.
• Use assessments, measurements, and goal-tracking tools regularly.
• Maintain accurate programming, session logs, and progress documentation.
• Demonstrate proper technique and ensure client safety at all times.
• Educate clients on fitness tools and resources, set expectations, track progress, and hold clients accountable.
• Conduct C1KO with professionalism, rapport, and assessment skills.
• Give movement assessments and needs analyses; recommend training programs with confidence.
• Deliver onboarding and support member retention and engagement within 90 days.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sessions, revenue, and supplement sales.
• Arrive on time, maintain a positive attitude, and keep training areas clean and safe.
• Schedule sessions using company systems and communicate updates.
