Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives by building strong relationships and delivering an educational, supportive experience aligned with the Life Time Brand. You will create safe, comprehensive programs, guide clients through workouts, and conduct fitness consultations.

The role includes documenting progress and staying current with certifications and trends.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with current CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of nutrition, exercise science and program design.
• Strong client communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Developsafe, comprehensive client programs to drive goal achievement.
• Instruct clients during sessions on cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance, education, and motivation to members.
• Promote and sell personal training services and document progress.
