Life Time in California is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to deliver customized training programs, conduct assessments, and guide members toward their fitness goals while adhering to Life Time’s Core 3 Brand.

You will design safe, effective workouts, monitor sessions, educate on health trends, and complete client records. This role emphasizes client motivation, service delivery, and ongoing certification updates.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required; CPR/AED certification essential.
• 1 year of personal training experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional training programs to keep clients motivated.
• Instructs clients on proper use of cardio, flexibility, and strength equipment.
• Educates members on health trends and conducts fitness consultations.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
