Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives through tailored programs and education. You will build relationships, conduct consultations, and provide on-floor coaching to ensure safe, effective workouts while upholding Life Time brand standards.

The role involves promoting training services, maintaining client records, and staying current with certifications and industry trends to advance professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred.
• Active PT, CPR/AED certification, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, comprehensive client programs to achieve goals.
• Instruct clients on safe use of cardio, strength equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations and goal setting for new clients.
• Provide fitness floor assistance and service desk support.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Maintain client records and track progress.
• Stay current on credentials and industry trends.
