Applicants should hold a current accredited PT certification, have 1-5 years of experience, excel in communication, and preferably possess CPR/AED and First Aid credentials.

Qualifications

• Current accredited personal training certification is required.
• 1-5 years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred.
• BS in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal evaluations to clients on their fitness level.
• Create personalized fitness routines aligned with abilities.
• Instruct proper techniques for all exercises and emphasize safety.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle changes.
• Assist with basic first aid if needed.
• Maintain and sanitize fitness equipment.
