Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer with CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• 1 year of personal training experience (implicit in duties).

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients on safe and effective use of fitness equipment during sessions.
• Conduct fitness consultations including screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance, educate, and motivate members.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative tasks for each client’s fitness plan.
• Document all aspects of client programming and stay credentialed.
