Life Time is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier, happier lives by building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional training experience. The role emphasizes program design, safety guidance, and motivating members across sessions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of personal training experience, and CPR/AED certification. A bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment during sessions.
• Conduct fitness consultations for new clients including health/history review and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan and document progress.
