Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer in Vermont to provide personalized training services, onboard members, and support complimentary sessions.

The role focuses on delivering effective training programs, assessing client goals, and educating members in Life Time’s Core 3 philosophy. Responsibilities include program design, client assessments, and promoting services, with an hourly base rate of $15.00 and potential commissions based on personal production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, comprehensive personal training programs to motivate clients.
• Instructs clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening, Medical History and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on certifications and trends in the industry.
