Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver personalized training services, onboarding sessions, and complimentary offerings. You will conduct fitness assessments, design engaging programs, and educate members on Core 3 Brand and philosophy to promote wellbeing.

The role emphasizes a member-facing schedule with responsibilities including consultations, program development, and ongoing client support, while maintaining industry certifications and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.

Responsabilidades

• Develops safe, professional and comprehensive training programs.
• Instructs clients on proper use of cardio, strength and flexibility equipment.
• Educates members on health trends and fitness issues.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
