Job summary

Life Time is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives. You will build relationships, deliver customized training plans, and provide excellent customer service within our Life Time facility.

Responsibilities include conducting fitness consultations, leading sessions, and promoting training services while staying current with certifications and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer (CPT).
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on cardio, flexibility and strength training equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required role trainings.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening, health history, lifestyle questionnaire and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and education of members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education.
