Job description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are pro-active, team players!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a client following by delivering trial sessions and demonstrating the value of personal training, including safe and proper exercise techniques.
2. Comfortable coaching in a team training environment with upward of 20 people.
3. Lead group workouts with energy, passion, and intensity.
4. Accommodate various skill levels of clients within each class or 1-1, including modifications and assistance.
5. Prepare and deliver well thought out fitness routines based on client goals and abilities.
6. Motivate and inspire clients to achieve success through goal setting and consistent client follow-ups.
7. Be courteous, engaging and friendly to all club members.
8. Embrace the Energy Team environment and help your peers be the best they can be.
9. Must be team oriented and bring a genuine positive attitude!

Requirements:

1. NASM, ACSM, ISSA, ACE or equivalent nationally recognized personal training cert.
2. CPR/AED certification required.
3. Previous personal training experience: 2-year minimum preferred.
4. Proven track record of success in a performance based environment.
5. Hard working, high energy, self-starter mentality.
6. Possess an absolute passion for fitness and the achievement of client goals.
7. Background in wellness, yoga, or Pilates a plus.
8. Minimum availability - 20 hours/week.
