Do you have experience working within Education Support/Admin roles? Do you want to share your knowledge and skills to support other support staff within an education setting?

Primary Goal has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach/Trainer who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our Digital Champions School Support programme. Learn more about the course.

The successful applicant will support School Support Staff throughout their apprenticeship to achieve their goals as part of digital transformation within their workplaces.

Essential knowledge & skills:

• Experience working in a school support/admin role within an educational setting
• Teaching, coaching or training experience
• A passion for education
• Experience using technologies to improve workload efficiencies and performance
• Practical knowledge or experience of digital transformation in schools or businesses
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Experience providing information, advice and guidance
• Keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues

Desirable knowledge & skills:

• Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s)
• Good understanding and experience with EducationMIS Systems
• Technical qualification(s)
• Understanding of apprenticeship standards
• Experience using digital applications in a school setting such as AI tools, automation, productivity software, and school support applications
