Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a certified Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives by building strong relationships and delivering an educational, supportive member experience aligned with Life Time's brand.

You will create safe, comprehensive client programs, conduct fitness consultations, and provide floor support while promoting personal training services; continuous certification updates are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients during sessions on safe use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Read, watch, and engage in required trainings for the role.
• Conduct fitness consultations with pre-participation screening, medical history and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, educate, and motivate members.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remain current on certifications and industry trends.
• Ensure members feel competent, confident, and connected through superior service.
• Document all aspects of client programming.
