Pay & Commission Structure:
Base Hourly Pay + 30% to 50% depending on PT placement.
JOB SUMMARY
The Personal Trainer delivers a professional, results-driven coaching experience that helps members establish goals, build consistency, achieve measurable progress, and remain engaged. Working under the Personal Training Director, trainers build client relationships, create custom programs, and drive personal revenue growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Client Delivery & Coaching: Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions; build custom programs based on client goals; conduct monthly progress reviews; and maintain ongoing accountability.
- Client Acquisition & Enrollment: Lead CrunchONE Kickoffs, convert sessions to recurring agreements, prospect on the training floor, and generate client referrals.
- Retention & Results: Drive client retention against target goals, re-engage at-risk clients, and maintain complete program records and folders.
- Retail & Supplementation: Recommend approved retail and supplementation products (e.g., dotFIT, PES) to support client outcomes.
- Compliance & Administration: Track all hours/sessions accurately in Workday, maintain facility cleanliness, and comply with billing policies.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Certifications: Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or approved equivalent) plus active CPR/AED certification required.
- Experience: Prior personal training or coaching experience preferred; certified entry-level candidates considered. Ability to build and retain a client base required.
PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, spot clients, and remain on the training floor for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on client demand.
