Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer in Canton, OH to deliver expert training sessions and proactively grow their book of business through sales, outreach, and retention strategies.

You will create and update personalized training programs, educate clients on technique and recovery, track progress, and maintain a clean, professional training environment, while staying current with fitness trends and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified personal trainer with current credentials.
• Ability to build a client base through outreach and retention strategies.
• Experience delivering personalized training programs and coaching proper technique.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets set by management.
• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct Kickoff Sessions as the initial consultations and movement assessments with new members as part of the sales process.
• Convert leads into paying clients by delivering value, building rapport, and addressing objections.
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on proper technique, recovery, and overall health.
• Track and communicate client progress to ensure accountability and motivation.
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment and club.
• Stay updated on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to deliver a premium client experience.

We're looking for a passionate, energetic, and certified Personal Trainer who is skilled in fitness but also thrives on building a client base. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering expert training sessions and proactively growing your book of business through sales, outreach, and retention strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
