KnitWell Group in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on our busy sales floor. You’ll greet customers, offer personalized styling, keep merchandise organized, and collaborate with teammates to deliver memorable shopping experiences.

This role requires hospitality, POS proficiency, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Use technology to share promotions, provide great service, and build lasting customer relationships across channels.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
