KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador and guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling. You will help maintain an inviting store environment and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires customer-focused experience, hospitality mindset, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. POS proficiency and initiative are valued in this position.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
