Job summary

KnitWell Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to guide the shopping journey with personalized styling and authentic customer connections. You’ll keep the store organized, showcase products, and use available tools to support an seamless omnichannel experience.

You’ll collaborate with your team, bring a hospitality mindset to every customer interaction, and stay flexible with evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts to meet store goals and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
