Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador and guide customers with personalized styling recommendations. You will help keep the store organized and create inviting experiences on the sales floor.

You’ll collaborate with the team to deliver authentic customer journeys, using product knowledge and technology to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience. This role requires hospitality, initiative, and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Tech proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
