Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and thoughtful styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs to support store targets.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors and participate in training.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising.
• Participate in store and community initiatives.
• Balance operational tasks while prioritizing customer experience.
