Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales performance through outreach, clienteling, and use of CRM tools like Polo Connect.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer‑centric behaviors and team success.
• Maintain visual standards and support store initiatives and community outreach.
• Balance tasks across the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office while prioritizing the customer experience.
