Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Digital selling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling.
• Grow personal sales through clienteling, outreach, wardrobing, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance indicators while contributing to team results.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors and support training, talent sourcing, and store initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and provide feedback on category opportunities.
