Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions. You will build relationships, deliver safe programs, and promote stretch offerings while maintaining Life Time’s service standards.

The role focuses on education, customer service, and ensuring clients feel supported and confident in their progress within a welcoming fitness community.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer certification.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads clients through recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients including screening and goal setting.

1 year PT experience

Education

Bachelor's in Kinesiology or related field
