Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Personal Shopper and Stylist Team Lead (full-time) to join, grow and Lead our dedicated Retail and Personal Shopping team in delivering unparalleled shopping experiences to our esteemed clientele nationwide, through Bal Harbour Shops property, trunk show events and private personal shopping appointments.

As Personal Shopping and Styling Team Lead at BHS, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing lifetime customer relationship with VICs, providing exceptional personalized shopping experiences to our clientele, directly or through the team of Personal shopper. You will act as a multi-brand ambassador, offering expert guidance and curating selections from our luxury collections to meet individual preferences and style needs. You will be responsible for developing long-lasting relationships with VIC Clients, overseeing and improving the overall experience of clients. As team lead, while managing your own clients’ book, you will be responsible for supervising Personal Shoppers’ tasks and performance.

Key Position Attributes

• Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients/brands to expedite access to exclusives, special collection, and coveted brand event. Stay on top of the fashion news to be ahead of the trends.
  • Bring comprehensive existing book of high net worth customers.
  • Nurture and re-engage with existing clients to build long-lasting relationships and growth Consumer Lifetime value.
  • Propose and implement Clienteling and consumer engagement activations to develop and growth clientele book.
• Personalized Styling:
  • Offer expert fashion and product advice tailored to each client.
  • Create personalized outfits and looks based on individual preferences.
  • Have deep Product Knowledge by staying updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings, and being well-informed about the quality, materials, and craftsmanship of brand products.
• In-Store, Off-site and Online Shopping:
  • Assist clients with in-store shopping at Bal Harbour Shops pop-up, as well as during trunk show events, personal shopping appointments, online orders.
  • Manage appointment Scheduling: Arrange one-on-one shopping appointments to provide exclusive attention, and ensure seamless shopping experience for clients.
  • Coordinate and execute off-property Retail and Personal Styling trunk shows
• Inventory Management and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with brand stores to pull curated assortment, and ensure stock availability for clients.
  • Track customer feedback and sales performance, providing insights to management for continuous improvement; as well as consigned inventory and invoicing with brands.
• Sales Targets:
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Achieve and exceed target for new clients acquisition and Personal shopping clients portfolio growth.
• Brand partners management and collaboration:
  • Collaborate with brand partners to be on top of brands assortment, and offer the best and most seamless experience to customers, curating and pulling inventory from stores, processing transactions and tracking sales.
• Team Lead:
  • Supervise a team of full-time internal Personal Shoppers and freelancer contractors, assigning tasks, appointments; training and coaching, and tracking sales performance and customer experience level.
  • Coordinate and execute off-property Retail and Personal Styling trunk shows.
  • Partner with other internal departments to develop the program: Marketing, Media, CRM, Finance, Leasing.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for trunk shows, events, and client appointments.
• 10+ years of experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, fashion styling, or a related client-facing luxury environment.
• Experience in both luxury fashion and fine jewelry/watch retail preferred.
• Proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, with an active South Florida client network and annual luxury sales exceeding $3M.
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience managing Sales Associates, Personal Shoppers, or similar teams in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong passion for luxury fashion, jewelry, and client service, with extensive product and industry knowledge.
• Exceptional sales, clienteling, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships through in-person and omnichannel engagement.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-touch retail environment.
• Creative eye for style, trends, visual presentation, and merchandising; merchandising experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with retail technology, CRM platforms, and sales-related software.
• Valid driver's license required.
