Bal Harbour Shops seeks a seasoned Personal Shopper and Stylist Team Lead to grow and lead our Retail and Personal Shopping team, delivering luxury experiences to our esteemed clientele nationwide, through Bal Harbour Shops properties, trunk show events and private appointments.

You will cultivate lifetime relationships with VICs, provide expert style guidance, supervise Personal Shoppers, manage client books, and collaborate with brand partners to curate exclusive assortments and seamless

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong styling and fashion knowledge with ability to curate looks.
• Experience leading and coaching a luxury retail team.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage client relationships across channels to access exclusives and events.
• Provide expert fashion and product guidance; curate personalized looks for clients.
• Supervise and coach Personal Shoppers; manage appointment scheduling and client books.
• Coordinate trunk shows, off-property events, and private shopping appointments.
