Walt Churchill’s Market is looking for a Part-Time Personal Shopper/Cashier for our Perrysburg, OH location.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a welcoming, courteous, and friendly manner
• Processing the customer's in-store purchases and online grocery orders quickly and accurately
• Reviewing new online orders and looking for notes or special requests
• Following up with customers if there are any questions or a need for substitutions
• Locating products in an efficient manner (being mindful of the freshness of the products)
• Properly labeling orders and placing in the correct storage areas until pick-up
• Notifying customers when their order is complete and ready for pick-up
• Delivering online orders to customer vehicles
• Will be required to cashier as needed

Other responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls with the appropriate greeting and transferring when necessary
• Confirming identification for alcohol purchases (in-store and online purchases)
• Bagging customer purchases
• Answering customer questions
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and neat store

Schedule:

The typical schedule for this position is 8:30am-5:00pm, 3 days per week for a total of 24 hours.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma/GED
• Previous retail cashiering experience
• Requires basic technology skills (i.e. iPad, computer, smartphone, etc.)
• Customer service and time management skills
• Must be able to frequently lift 5-25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
• Must have holiday and weekend availability
