Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in Martinez, GA is seeking Personal Services Assistants (PSAs) to provide hands-on care to our senior residents. You will assist with daily activities and support overall well-being in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
