Job summary

The Claiborne at Woodstock is seeking Personal Services Assistants to provide hands-on care and support to our senior residents. This role focuses on compassionate, attentive care within a supportive team culture.

We welcome compassionate, dependable candidates and offer training for those new to caregiving. This on-site position requires a strong work ethic, up-to-date CPR/First Aid eligibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
