Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking Personal Services Assistants to provide hands-on care to our senior residents. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, light housekeeping, and documentation while maintaining a compassionate, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Document care accurately and timely
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members
