Stark Enterprises in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a reliable Personal Residential Maintenance Assistant to support upkeep and presentation of multiple luxury private residences. You will perform inspections, coordinate minor repairs, manage HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, and ensure guest-ready environments while upholding discretion and confidentiality.

Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential maintenance, estate management, luxury property care or related experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of general home maintenance systems.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding homeowners, family, guests, schedules, personal information, and property details.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate and complete minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and seasonal upkeep.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, and other household systems.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance appointments and project work.
• Maintain exterior areas including landscaping, walkways, patios, outdoor furnishings, and recreational spaces.
• Assist with vehicle care, equipment maintenance, and organization of garages and storage areas.
• Ensure the residence is guest-ready at all times.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and household essentials.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies.
• Assist with special projects, home improvements, and event preparation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, warranties, service schedules, and vendor information.
• Provide transportation services for homeowners, family members, and guests, including airport drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Assist with booking family personal travel, booking doctor appointments and household invoice payment

Work Environment
