Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years experience in banking, sales or relationship management.
• On-site customer service and sales experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and associates following Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Foster and strengthen retail banking relationships and resolve basic to moderately complex issues.
• Coordinate sales efforts across Banking Center Network, Mortgage Lending, Commercial/Cash Management and Wealth Management.
• Act as the customer's personal banker to strengthen relationships and offer suitable products.
• Execute retail banking initiatives through consultative relationship management.
• Cross-sell products and services and perform related clerical tasks.
• Originate, retain, and maintain customer accounts including deposits and digital services.
• Address inquiries and complete transactions promptly, accurately, and within designated authority.
• Advocate digital product adoption and support branch associates.
• Assist Branch Management with daily operations and data reporting.
• Maintain awareness of compliance and risk management requirements.
• Deliver high service levels within our Serving More standards.
• Travel within the Park National footprint is expected.
• Other duties as assigned.
