You will listen to customer needs, present tailored loan solutions, and guide them through the loan lifecycle, including any collections steps, while staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain ongoing engagement with customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms and options.
