Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years underwriting experience with a stable track record.
• Background from an MGA environment preferred (agency experience also considered).
• Deep understanding of risk selection, pricing, and underwriting tools.
• A sales-minded underwriter who balances growth and profitability.
• Ability to operate both strategically and in the details within a tech-driven environment.
• Designations like CPCU, CIC, or ASLI are a plus.
