Troy Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate in Lewiston, ID, is looking for a motivated Personal Lines Sales & Service Advisor. You will develop new business opportunities while delivering exceptional service and ongoing client support.

The ideal candidate provides a consultative approach, identifies coverage gaps, and manages policy servicing in a fast-paced environment, building lasting client relationships with carriers and partners.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal lines experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, leads, and prospecting.
• Assess client needs and recommend personal lines products.
• Present quotes for auto, home, umbrella, RV and other personal coverages.
