Beehive Insurance in St. George, Utah is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. You will manage an assigned book of business, assist Producers, and lead the quoting process for new and renewal business.

Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing change requests, and managing invoicing for agency-billed policies. We value trust, ethics, strong communication, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Trustworthy, ethical, hardworking, self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Willing to learn and take directions.
• Ability to use technology to manage a large workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business consisting of Producer and house accounts.
• Assist Producers as needed on accounts that are part of their book of business.
• Assist customers with policy and coverage questions on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead the quoting process for both new and renewal business, including preparing applications and quotes.
• Process and manage change requests for customers.
• Assist customers with claims questions.
• Process daily calls and e-mails from customers, producers and underwriters in a timely manner.
• Maintain client files in the agency management system in an orderly and up-to-date manner.
• Manage invoicing on agency billed policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
