Do Right Insurance in Utah is seeking a Customer Service Manager - Personal Lines to lead and elevate the service team. You will oversee daily operations, audit work, and deliver in-person training to raise standards and performance.

Qualifications

• Active Utah Property & Casualty license required.
• 3+ years of personal lines service experience; management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coach and train in person.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to build trust with team.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the personal lines service team, including performance, workload, and day-to-day operations across team tasks and workflow.
• Perform regular audits of policy changes, renewals, and client files to catch errors.
• Conduct weekly phone audits and coaching; hold regular 1:1 check-ins.
• Deliver in-person training to build skills and reinforce process, standards, and best practices.
• Provide direct, honest feedback and drive a culture of performance excellence.
