As a Sales & Distribution Business Analyst Intern, you’ll gain exposure to agency operations, producer engagement, performance management, and ROI analysis, working with sales leaders and Territory Managers to understand incentives and measure success.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, Sales, Communications or related field.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities in a business context.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support agency and producer incentive programs, including administration and evaluation of Nationwide Rewards.
• Assist design and implementation of producer engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Evaluate agency and producer performance against business objectives and program expectations.
• Analyze results and develop ROI insights for compensation, incentive, and engagement programs.
• Partner with Territory Managers to understand priorities and support local growth initiatives.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities to drive producer behavior and business outcomes.
• Assist with producer engagement surveys and analyze feedback trends.
• Contribute to development of sales contests and rewards programs to boost performance.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, marketing, and other stakeholders on strategic projects.
