• Support agency and producer incentive programs and Nationwide Rewards evaluation.
• Assist design and implementation of producer engagement initiatives.
• Evaluate agency and producer performance against objectives.
• Analyze ROI insights for compensation and incentive programs.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to support local growth initiatives.
• Gather insights to identify opportunities to drive producer behavior.
• Assist with producer engagement surveys and feedback trends.
• Help develop sales contests and rewards programs to boost agency performance.
• Collaborate on strategic projects across sales, distribution, marketing, and partners.
• Create presentations and summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
