We're Chris Hauser Insurance, and we're on the hunt for a highly ambitious go-getter to join our Cincinnati, OH office as a full-time Personal Lines Sales Closer! If you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments where every success adds to your paycheck, you could be a great fit.

One of the perks of becoming our Personal Lines Sales Closer is that you won't be expected to cold call clients or hunt down leads. We already have a built-out sales funnel with leads coming in, so you'll just need to be able to close the deal!

• Base salary of $55,000 - $100,000/year
• Monthly bonus tiers for hitting goals (typically around an additional $1,000 - $3,000 per month)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Our Personal Lines Sales Closer is an outgoing, proactive person who follows up on warm leads to foster new connections and close new deals. Since the prospects have already expressed their interest, you can focus on providing quotes, answering questions, and making sales. You'll contact incoming leads over the phone as well as answer inbound phone calls to learn about their needs and see if we have the right solutions for them. You'll accurately document information, quote leads in the portal, and help secure new business for the company!

WHAT YOU BRING

• Current, valid P&C and Life & Health license - required
• Sales experience - preferred
• Motivation to meet targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - ideal
