Job summary

World Insurance Associates, a nationwide brokerage, seeks a client service professional in New Jersey to support personal property and casualty accounts. Under guidance, you will handle renewal reminders, account details, and coordination with carriers and clients to ensure accurate, timely renewals.

You will use EPIC and templates to prepare communications, endorsements, and invoices while maintaining strong client relationships and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Office; strong client communications and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes and determines remarket needs.
• Review renewals and make coverage recommendations; obtain quotes via comparative rater tools.
• Transact agency billing and notify carriers; ensure accuracy of binding documents.
• Maintain account details in EPIC; process renewals, endorsements, and proofs of insurance.
