BayCoast Insurance LLC is looking for a Personal Lines Production Manager to lead our Personal Lines sales and remarketing operations, driving growth, retention, and exceptional client service. You will oversee the production team, mentor staff, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of personal lines products and underwriting guidelines.
• Proven leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate employees.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems (Applied Epic) and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Personal Lines sales, production, and remarketing teams to achieve agency goals.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate sales objectives while supporting team members in achieving production targets.
• Assist producers and staff with underwriting questions, coverage recommendations, and agency procedures.
• Participate in new business development initiatives and identify opportunities to expand agency growth.
• Review, remarket, cross-sell, and upsell existing accounts to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
• Analyze quotes and proposals to ensure accurate coverage recommendations and competitive pricing.
• Oversee pipeline management to ensure timely processing and new business opportunities.
