BayCoast Insurance LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Production Manager to lead our Personal Lines sales and remarketing operations from BayCoast Place in Swansea, MA. You will mentor the production team, drive growth, and ensure top-tier client service and coverage solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, deep knowledge of personal lines products, underwriting guidelines, and proven ability to achieve sales goals while building carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience leading Personal Lines teams and sales.
• Ability to coach, mentor and motivate staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of agency operations and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Personal Lines sales and remarketing teams.
• Set and monitor sales objectives and production targets.
• Assist producers with underwriting questions and coverage recommendations.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth.
• Oversee pipeline management for timely new business.
