Ideal candidates hold a Property & Casualty license, have personal lines sales experience, and excel at client trust. Base pay is 49,000–53,000 USD with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty license.
• Experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of homeowners and personal auto coverage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Present tailored homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles coverages.
• Establish long-term relationships, acting as trusted advisor.
• Inform clients about market trends and regulatory changes.
• Prepare regular progress reports on sales activity.
