Job summary

Trucordia is seeking a driven Personal Lines Producer to join our sales team. You will develop new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and deliver risk management solutions for homeowners, auto, and personal articles coverage, supported by a service team.

The ideal candidate has a Property and Casualty license and proven personal lines sales experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty License.
• Experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• Ability to prioritize risks and manage concurrent workflow.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing.
• Present customized homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters solutions.
• Establish long-term relationships with new and existing clients as a trusted advisor.
• Keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities.
