Job summary

Trucordia is seeking a driven Personal Lines Producer in Phoenix to grow new business and nurture client relationships. You will partner with a service team to deliver tailored personal lines coverage and risk management solutions to clients of various sizes.

The role requires strong sales acumen, a solid understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage, and the ability to prospect and close opportunities. Base salary plus commission, opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Property & Casualty License.
• Experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking and marketing.
• Present customized homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake and personal articles coverage solutions.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships as trusted advisor for clients.
• Keep clients informed on market trends, risks and regulatory changes.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales and account activities.
